Sliding foot

Question

I have a set of windows that I am working on that have Wright brand crank operators which are easy enough to find. One of the swinging windows has a problem with the sliding foot that attaches to the very bottom corner of the window. This piece is designed to pivot on the bottom corner of the window while sliding in a aluminum track (track has a pin for an arm to attach to). The piece that I am looking for is metal sandwiched top and bottom by black plastic and in this case the plastic has failed and allowed the whole moving part of the window to drop down ~1/16" which results in rubbing and not allowing the window to close properly.

Thanks for posting. I believe you're talking about the slide piece on a hinge arm like our 10" 36-048. Unfortunately when these components break, they are not really meant to be replaced on their own; replacing the window's hinge set is really the only recourse. The video below shows how to do this.
