Attached are some photos for your review. I was inquiring about looking for a replacement. It is for a keyed patio door handle from the 1990's. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hey, Faraz. Looks like your old lock had a clam-stype surface mounted handle. If so, see our 82-009A, I think that could work. Now, this comes with a flat plate for an outside pull, so you may also want to consider our 82-306, which looks to match your old locking outside pull.
