If you are only need of a replacement latch lever, take a look at the 82-107 latch lever kit. For a new handle set, please review the 82-089 that has a 3-15/16" installation hole spacing from center to center. We also carry the 82-086 that is the same style, but has a key lock for exterior access. Please review and let me know if you have any additional questions!
