Seems to be held in place by a bent out ear. If you have the part I will need 18 of them. Also what is your return shipping policy?
Will another type work, or am I stuck with using the same.

Thanks for your post! This roller has a similar design to both the 81-006 Keller Door Roller Assembly and 81-228 Sliding Door Roller Assembly. To determine which of the two is the correct match, carefully compare their specifications.
