I am looking to install a keyed lock to the exterior of this sliding glass door.

Hello there. You may be able to adapt the 82-310 key Cylinder to the outside pull. The guide below explains how to do this for a similar handle set. Otherwise, consider the outdoor pull with a key lock, the 82-306.
