I need a sliding door handle like this one that has a keyed lock

Thank you for reaching out to us! Is your handle's installation hole center spacing 3-15/16"? If it is, the 82-030 is what I recommend. The 82-310 key lock can be adapted to the outside pull for keyed access. Note, it is sold separately.
