Sliding glass door handle

Question

The handle is about 7 inches with the screw holes about just under 5 1/2 inches apart and has a outer latch type and key lock on outside of door

Thank you for reaching out to us. Our 82-009A is a clamp-style handle. The installation hole center spacing is 4-15/16" so you'll want to make sure yours is the same.
