Sliding glass door handle

Quick Learner from Delray Beach, FL

Hi there, I need a new sliding glass door handle. I bought a place in December and the door was missing it. I need to replace the rollers also, but that's another day.

The handle appears to be a "clamp" style as there is nowhere for a traditional inner lock to swing (no holes in frame). The unit was built in '82 and these are the original doors. 3 holes (vertical) and approximately 5.5" between top hole and bottom hole. Picture is attached. Thanks for any assistance you can provide

I'm afraid we haven't been able to find any handle set with a 5-1/2" hole spacing. It may not be made anymore, based on the age of the door. You mention the original was clamp style. Could you maybe use our 82-009A as a substitute? It would require redrilling one or both holes, but it may be our only option. See what you think.
