Sliding glass door handle

Question

Can ya'll point me in the right direction on ordering the correct handle and locking lever? Thanks!

I believe it to be a Windoor or PGT.

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. We don't have this exact style, but looking at how the thumb lever and key lock work, I feel pretty confident that our 82-086 can work for you. Look it over and let me know if you agree.
