Sliding glass door handle

I would like to replace this handle on my sliding glass door so it has a key lock on the outside. I am not exactly sure on what kind I should order.

Based on your photos, I believe that you can use our 82-086 as a replacement for your old handle set. This has a hole spacing of 3-15/16" and it should be compatible with your old mortise lock. Look it over and let me know if you had any questions.
