Sliding glass door handle

Question

We just bought a house, and its sliding glass door has a cracked handle. I don't see any identifying marks, other than "IWC" on the handle. The screws are spaced a little less than 4" apart. I suspect part 82-044 is a viable replacement -- please advise!

The 82-044 is utilized as an exterior pull handle. I recommend reviewing our 82-030 handle set as a possible replacement. Please compare the hole spacing of 3-15/16" from center to center to your original handle for a good fit and let me know if you have any questions.
