Sliding glass door handle

Question

Hello,
I'm looking for a sliding door handle. There is one handle in my possession that seem to align with holes, but doesn't stay tight on the door possibly due to a wrong size bolts (which seem to be original to that handle). What measurements and pictures should I supply to so you can advise me most accurately? The pictures of the door or a handle?
I will also need a lock for the same door and I don't have any existing ones.

Thanks for posting. Yes, a picture of the handle set would be a good place to start; also if you could tell us the distance between the center of each mounting hole on the handle set, that will help a ton. Finally, I'd like to see a picture of the hole in the door where the mortise lock was; it will be difficult to say what you need without seeing the original, but that will help. Finally if there's any keeper still attached to the door frame that the lock interfaced with, that could be a helpful clue. We'll do our best to ID what you need, and to offer guidance on the mounting screw issue if possible.
