Sliding glass door handle

Hello, I had this handle break on my sliding glass door. Have not had any luck finding it anywhere. Can't find the brand of the door. Are these handles universal? Can I go to lowes and get a whole new handle?

Hello there. Can you tell us the hole spacing, or the distance between the center of each mounting hole? Can you also show us the mortise lock this handle set works with? That should narrow down your options. Many thanks.
