Sliding glass door handle

Door handle is broken and very old so we can't find any markings on it. There is a label on the door frame so we sent a picture of that. It's the flip lock kind. Two screws holding it to the door and hook for lock is on the door frame. Black section is 6 in long. Handle on inside of house is wood part on door is metal.
