Sliding glass door handle

Canadian patent number 919213. Need the whole handle (inside & outside) with lever/lock. measurement between the two screw holes is 3 & 15/16.

does the 82-020 come with a turn lever? if not what size do i need?

Yes, the 82-020, sliding patio glass door handle set, does include a turn lever.
This set does not include a mortise lock however, the actual mortise lock is the portion inside the door that the turn lever slips into.
