The measurements are:
6 5/8 inch spread
Lock hole is not centered. It is 2 1/2 inches from the top screw hole. I do not have the old set. Please let me know if you have a replacement. Thank you.

Take a look at our 82-036 handle in white. This is a little different from your original hardware, but it should still work as a replacement. Take note that you will have to make the exterior mounting hole a little larger to accept the screw bosses on the new handle. You could use a drill or a rat-tail file to make the hole a little larger in diameter.
