Sliding glass door handle kit needed.

I have a sliding glass door handle kit. Interior wood handle with bronze hardware is Sash controls # 060 1255 or 1060 1255. The metal exterior bronze Sash controls handle is 1060-1256 I think. The hook is 1595. Do you have the latch hook. This part is approximately 1-21/32" long, with hammer portion approximately 1-1/2" over all. This is a guess as hammer portion was missing, broke off when we bought house. Mounting screws are 4" on center for handles. Please advise.
