Sliding glass door handle replacement

I'm trying to replace this sliding door handle. Original door made by Kinco and the handle made in Taiwan #NW 1720; installed in 2001. I'm hoping you have a replacement that will work as I don't really want to replace the whole door which is othrwise OK. If you need additional photos, please advise. Thank you very much.
