Sliding glass door handle set

Hello, I am looking to replace my door handle set for a standard sliding glass door. We do not know when the door was installed, we assume sometime in past 15 years. No markings on the door to indicate who made it. The only thing I can find is on the back of the one handle itself which just reads "2806". The second part only has stamped on it "#8".

The entire assembly is about 7.5" long with the screw holes center to center distance about 4".
