Sliding glass door handle with latch that goes in middle hole

Numbers are on the attached photo. I don't see a brand name. The handle fell off. I have 1 screw but the other screw was broken off.

Is the installation hole center spacing for the handle 3-15/16"? If so, take a look at the 82-030. Review the specifications for this handle assembly and see how they compare with yours.
