I need help finding a replacement Park but hopefully better than what was there.

Thanks for posting. Our 82-086 should be able to replace your old keyed handle set. Please compare. Also note that this type of damage to the inside pull can be indicative of sliding glass door rollers and track that need maintenance. See the guide below for assistance.

My handle is on the right side. Does that matter? Is there shipping on the handle and can it be returned if it doesn't fit?

The 82-086 can be setup for either a left or right-handed orientation. Yes, see our Return Policy here.

Will the current mortise lock fit? I don't need to replace that or does it come with that too?

The 82-086 is compatible with your existing mortise lock. If yours isn't damage, then you will not need to replace it. The new handle set is all you need.
