Sliding glass door handle and lock

Hello there. Looks like you need a handle set with 3-15/16" hole spacing and a centered thumb latch and key lock. See the 82-030A. This should do the job. 

You may want to also check to ensure the mortise lock in the door isn't broken and the cause of the old handle set failing. To do this, try manually 'throwing' the lock with a slotted screwdriver. If it doesn't budge, then you know it needs to be replaced also. Send us a photo of the mortise lock and we'll be happy to ID it.
