The black outside handle has sash controls Inc. PT 1963 inside it. The inside handle has a number 1060-1943. The metal piece that shoots the lock arm out is broken. Outside handle is also missing the key slot (and keys are gone too). Please let me know which assembly to buy.

Please start by reviewing the 82-030 handle set that has a 3-15/16" installation hole spacing from center. The exterior handle can be adapted with the 82-310 key lock (sold separately) for keyed access.
