Sliding glass door handle and locked recessed not flush

Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 82-226 mortise lock to see how it compares to your original. For the handle set, see the 82-086 that has a 3-15/16" installation hole spacing from center to center. This handle set has an offset thumb lever. I believe yours does to, but it is tricky to tell from the angle of the picture. Please compare and let me know if it differs.
