Sliding glass door handle/lock

Trying to find a replacement handle/lock for my sliding glass door. We believe is a certanteed brand. It was installed 24 years ago.

The mortise lock looks possibly like our 82-226, but go over the dimensions to confirm. This lock works with handle sets like our 82-032 or 82-033, which have a hole spacing of 3-15/16". See if that matches what you have.
