Sliding glass door handle/lock

A home owner from Plantation, Florida says:

Do you have replacement for handle/lock pictured? Looks like Flush Mount Patio Door Handle Set, 6-3/8"
Product Code: 82-076 might work but would like to be certain. Would have to be installed upside down. Would that be doable?

Ours only shows patent number 3216229. Original to our home built in 1978/1979.

Hello,

Your handle set resembles the assembly shown in another customer's thread here, which our senior experts recommended the 82-076 to replace. As long as the dimensions match up to yours, I see no reason why this wouldn't work for you since you should be able to install it upside down to match your original assembly. Thanks for posting!
