Question

Here's a picture of a removed one. It has a part # SM5700-WH. I do not have an installed picture. It is from a short term rental property and the condo  is occupied at this time.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We don't sell this exact handle set. However, the 82-080 is similar in design. This measures 4-15/16" on the installation hole centers and is designed to work with a mortise lock like the 82-238. Take a look at the specifications and see if you think this handle set could work for you.
