Sliding glass door latch

This is a sliding glass door. It is currently broken in the closed position so I don't have a picture of the latch uninstalled yet. I'm not exactly sure how I'm going to go about it and ideally I have the new latch available. If this isn't enough to identify can you give me an idea of where to look for additional numbers or identifiers? Thanks!
