Sliding glass door latch not staying locked

Hello,

See attached pictures. The latch will not stay locked to the plate. If I hold the lock handle down the latch stays. If I do not hold the lock handle, the door opens. I believe I need a new dual latch. The sticker states information about the door.

Thanks for contacting us. I agreed, based on your information it sounds like your mortise lock is shot. See our 82-238. I am confident this will work as a replacement.
