Thanks for the photos. This looks like the 82-263 Round Face Mortise Lock to me. Look it over and see if you concur.

Yes I agree. Can you help me find a replacement lock. Can't consider replacing the door right now.

The 82-263 is the internal mortise lock you need. If you need a handle set as well, a 3-15/16" handle set like the 82-020 often works with this lock; but send us pictures of your old hardware if you are uncertain.
