Sliding glass door lock

Last week the key to my sliding glass door kept spinning. I took a party The lock and noticed the fork piece two the lever part was missing.I need to order I guess both sides of the door Key side and Lever side of the door. I will post pictures can you please help me to order the right one.

Take a look and compare the dimensions of our 82-081 handle set and 82-238 mortise lock to yours. If just the inside thumb latch is broken, see our 82-240. Thank you!
