Sliding glass door lock

Hello.

Our sliding glass door wouldn't open. We had an expert in glass doors come out. It seemed he ordered the wrong parts and it wasn't worth the trip to come out a third time, so he said he couldn't finish the job. Do you happen to sell the parts we need? Your help is greatly needed and appreciated.

It sounds like the mortise lock shown in your photo may be the incorrect one ordered by the professional that you hired for this repair. If so, I would recommend starting by taking a look at our 82-239 mortise lock. We can't be positive without seeing photos of the original mortise lock that came with the door but review our measurements to see if they match your door's specifications. Thank you!
