I have a 870 Series patio sliding door with a broken lock. I believe it's the keeper that is broken. How do I order a replacement lock?

Thanks for posting. The handle set is our 82-086 or 82-089. This handle set works with a number of different mortise locks and keepers. Please open the door and show us photos of both the mortise lock, as well as the keeper (which is the strike plate on the door frame the lock attaches to). We can narrow down what may work for you from there.

Perfect, thanks. The mortise lock is our 82-226. For the keeper, see how our 89-029 matches up.

To test if the mortise lock is broken, try removing the handle set and then manually 'throwing' the lock with a slotted screwdriver. If it doesn't budge or is stiff, then you know a new 82-226 is necessary. Let me know if you have further questions.
