Sliding glass door lock

Question

The door mechanism works once in a while. Gears inside lock seem to be defective. Took photos of the numbers on the mechanism and on the door.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a suitable replacement for the mortise lock shown in your photos. I'm sorry we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
