Sliding glass door lock : SWISCO.com

The lock quit working. It doesn't come out when you try to lock it. This is the most I can get it to come out of the case. V on one side. I wasn't sure what pictures would help the most in identifying it. I bought the house and a contractor put in the sliding glass door but I can't see anything helping me know what door. Thanks for your help.
