We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see photos of your original handles to compare to our inventory. Please also write out the distance between the center of the installation holes to help us narrow down your options. If you also need to replace the mortise lock in the center of the door, we would need to see that part as well. Thank you! 

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, we do not carry a match for your handle set with 6-1/2 hole spacing. Our closest match would be the 82-002K, which has 6-5/8" installation holes as shown below. I would recommend double-checking your specifications to see if this might work for your application.
