it looks like it may work. Assuming that the over length of the new replacement handle is @ 2" shorter. The hole pattern seems to match up.

Here are some more pictures of the back side of the handle.
If the overall length is shorter on the newer replacement handle and the screw pattern are the same, will it be an adequate replacement?
The slding door door is overall bigger than a standard residential sliding door.

Hey Ron. Yes. Replacement handle sets often have different overall dimensions, but so long as the hole spacing and general function is the same, it will work as a replacement. Let us know if you have further questions.
