Sliding glass door replacement

We are looking for a handle for our sliding glass door. The present handle is approximately 7" long. The door fits onto a plate with two pegs on it. There is no brand name any where on the door. The house was built in 2000. If that helps. Is it possible to replace just the lock mechanism?
Please advise.

I'm afraid the thumb lever for this handle set is not available by itself. That said, see our 82-036. I believe this could be what you're looking for.
