Sliding glass door replacement handle

Hi! I'm trying to identify these parts so I can replace the broken locking mechanism. I couldn't find any name or numbers on the door.

Hello,

If the thumb latch is the only broken part, take a look at the 82-107 lever kit. We also offer the 82-086 handle set with 3-15/16" hole spacing.
