Sliding glass door replacement track

Hi, I have a sliding glass door 6ft that the track is very bumpy and hard to open. This door is about 8 years old. The model number says S-7500. Pictures attached. The track is centered not offset. Can you help me find a replacement part.

Also this door was purchased from seaway manufacturing.

We only sell one type of of patio glass door track, and that would be our 80-106. Even though it is offset it still may work for you. Please watch the video below to see how it installs for more insight.
