Sliding glass door replacement wheels

This looks like the inner housing of a roller. The outer housing may still be in the door. If you could remove it and show us the entire assembly, along with dimensions, we'll do our best to narrow down what you need.

I could not find your roller through any of our suppliers and I believe it is no longer available. However, we do have a few suggestions that you could consider. We carry an internal housing that's similar, the 23-286, or if your housing is in good working order see if you can replace just the wheel with the 81-236 and 81-310 axle kit. 

We do carry the 81-015N roller which is similar to yours, but the adjustment screw hole is lower and you would need to drill a new hole in your patio door to adjust the wheel. Take a look at the parts and videos we've related for you on this page to see what you think.
