No part number, wheel stamped with 'KILIAN', 'TORONTO CAN', 'SYRACUSE NY'.

Door probably installed mid-1960's

I'm pretty sure we can help, but the part in your picture is only the inside portion of a larger roller assembly. There should be an outer housing, probably still installed in your door. If you can show us the complete roller assembly, we can recommend a match.

81-258 is the newer replacement for this old roller. The corner bracket must be replaced along with this wheel.

Here are a couple of pictures of the bottom of the frame. It doesn't look like anything else can be removed, or does the tab pull out?
Thanks,

Tycho

It's hard to tell based on this picture. Many important details are still obscured. We believe the 81-258 may be the replacement roller you want, but the only way to confirm is to remove yours from the door and see if they match up.

The corner tilts out just like the new style. The bottom screw and the tabs on the bottom lock it in place. You may find it easier if you remove the bottom rail.

Thanks, Dave.

I'm going to order those wheels. If they don't fit maybe that'll convince me to finally get a new door that has somewhat better insulation properties for our 0

I personally guarantee it will work.
If it doesn't I'll fix it for free.
I'll only charge time and mileage. California to Oregon, can't be that far. ;) Only 22 hours or so round trip.
