I see you were looking at our 81-090. I think this is a pretty close match. The dimensions seem to match up fairly well, too. Is there any reason you don't think this will work?

Hi,
Primarily I wanted to find out if you thought it matched up or if there was something else I should be considering.

My second concern was that I could not see a view of the adjuster screw to understand how it works. The current assembly does not seem to respond to changes in the adjuster screw.

The adjuster screw goes through both metal brackets but there doesn?t seem to be anything to draw them together to create the height change. In some units it looks like there is a backing nut but I could not see it or make a determination from the picture online.

Thanks!

The 81-090 definitely adjusts, I  just ran back and messed around with one we had in stock. The screw fits through both the interior and exterior housing, so when you turn it it either spreads those housings apart or pulls them closer together. Because of the rail the inner housing rides on, it will be a diagonal movement, pushing the roller up or down. Hopefully that makes sense to you.
