I need a set of replacement rollers for an Atrium Sliding glass door Series 312.

Check out our 81-095. This has been used with Atrium Doors in the past, so I'm pretty sure it's what you need. Just go over the dimensions to confirm.

1 1/2" roller is too large for this application. Clearance is very tight. The smaller the better. I looked at the 81-138 as a possibility.

I'd say either the 81-138 or perhaps the 81-030. The 81-030 housing has the same height and width as the 81-095, which are crucial dimensions. The roller is 1-1/4", but this could be adjusted to fit your needs.
