Sliding glass door roller

Good morning, I'm trying to find a couple of wheels (or the assembly) for the roller assembly for a 20-30 (?) year old sliding glass patio door. The base of the assembly on the door is approximately 1 3/4" x 1 3/4". My best measurement of the wheel itself is an outer diameter of 1 5/16" and the diameter of the hole at 5/8".
Any help would be appreciated.
