Hi. We removed these off of our sliding glass door and are looking for replacements. Also, do you sell the piece that goes over the top of the rail the wheels go on? Do we have even need that if we replace the wheels? I went ahead and ordered 81-004 from you with express shipping as our door is apart right now but would someone be able to

Thanks for reaching out to us. The 81-004 does look similar to your old roller. It appears to be our best match based on what I see here but you will ultimately want to compare the specifications to ensure they match up if you haven't done so already.
I'm not sure what piece you're referring to. Could you be talking about a track cover like the 80-102? This is used with the 80-106 track. However, you shouldn't need to replace yours if the roller is the only thing that's broken.
It's hard for us to get accurate measurements from photos of a ruler, unfortunately. Our return policy can be found here just in case.
I'm glad the roller panned out! I wonder if there could be debris or an obstruction in the track. I recommend checking that and giving the track a good cleaning to see if that helps. You can also check if there's any damage to the track itself.
