Sliding glass door rollers

Question

I found a label in the door frame that is barely legible. I can read SERIES: P A-9 SGD-C20/ SGD-C30, 3........ and that's all. My arms are noticeably stronger with the work out they are getting as I frequent my patio. The door is about impossible to open and close. We only use one side as the other has a pet door installed. Here's hoping for some relief in Florida,
