Sliding glass door rollers

Thanks for reaching out to us. Our 81-004 comes to mind but one of our customer service agents relayed that you said most measurements match up except one. Can you clarify which one? I will do my best to assist from there. The top of your roller's housing in your third photo is also a bit odd but I'd like to start with the measurements first.
