Sliding glass door rollers
I'm sorry to say that this label doesn't tell me what rollers you need for your door. I know this isn't the news you want to hear, but there's only one way to identify patio glass door rollers: you have to remove them first.
This is a big project, and you will need to brace yourself for this now. Typically you have to remove a patio door twice when replacing its rollers, once to ID the proper replacement and a second time to actually replace them. You're also going to want an extra pair of hands and plenty of free time. This is going to be a day's work, if not more.
That's probably more work than you were expecting to have to put into this, but it has to be done. My advice would be to wait until warmer weather before you give it a go. Once you have the rollers removed, we will need photos of it from the top, side, and back end. Written dimensions will also be necessary.
Once I have that data, I can check our inventory to see if we have a good match.
Thanks! Based on your measurements, my top recommendation would be the 81-158. I think this may be the part you're looking for, but check it out and see what you think.
