Sliding glass door rollers mounted to single assembly

A home owner from Minnesota says:
The rollers for our sliding glass door need to be replaced, but I have no idea how or if it can be done. There are no identification marks on the door itself and the rollers are attached to a single , track-like assembly that screws directly into the bottom of the door as one unit. Any help identifying a replacement part(s) would be fantastic.

Bob from SWISCO responded:

I am afraid we do not have a replacement for these rollers. They do indeed like riveted into the track. We don't have an assembly like this; that said, if only the wheels are damaged, it might behoove you to just replace them and reuse the rest of the mechanism. See our 81-266 or 81-272 Roller and Axle repair kits. Compare the wheel diameters to your old rollers, and see if either set could work for you.
